Nov 13, 2015 Ive looked online to buy the workshop manual or as stated in other threads the manual for a 155 both with no luck. I got my work shop manual from my Husqvarna dealer. It is for the Rider 175 AWD, rather than the Rider 155 AWD, but covers what you need to work on your R322T. Call his Husq. He was instructed to log into his Husq. Consumers who purchase two-cycled gas powered Husqvarna branded handheld products can extend their warranty from the standard 2 years to either a 3 year or 4 year warranty by purchasing Husqvarna brand 2-stroke oil or Husqvarna brand pre-mix fuel at the same time. From what I read in other posts about the R322T Rider in this forum, there is no Workshop Manual for the R322T at the present time, but the Workshop Manual for the 155A is a suitable alternative for the time being. I went to my Husqvarna dealer today to order a R322T, 103 deck, snowblower, and transmission protect plate kit. Hello Deb,Thanks for your question!Park your Husqvarna riding lawnmower on a flat surface. Engage the parking brake lever with your left foot. Push the attachment clutch switch on the left side of the dash upward to disengage the cutting blades. Raise the attachment lift lever on the left side of the driver's seat to the highest setting.Turn the ignition off, and remove the key from the ignition. Open the engine hood, and remove the black, rubber spark plug boot from the spark plug. Wait for the engine to cool completely.Remove the valve stem cover from each tire, and check each tire's air pressure with a tire air pressure gauge. If the pressure is lower than the amount embossed or imprinted on the tires, then add air to the tires by using an air compressor or bicycle tire pump. No tire should have more air pressure than the amount listed on the tire.Put on leather gloves, and turn the cutting blades on both sides of the mower deck so they are horizontal from the left to the right side of the deck. Measure the distance from the bottom of the left blade to the ground and the distance from the bottom of the right blade to the ground.Insert an adjustable wrench on one of the lift-link adjustment nuts behind the driver's seat. A lift-link adjustment nut is on each side of the mower. Turning the nuts counterclockwise lowers the deck, and turning them clockwise raises the deck. Turn one nut or both nuts to lift one deck side or lower the other side until the measurement from the bottom of the left blade to the ground is the same as the measurement from the bottom of the right blade to the ground, leveling the deck from side to side.Turn any mower blade 90 degrees so the tips point toward the front and rear of the mower deck. Measure the distance from the bottom tip of the front and back of the blade to the ground. The front measurement should be 1/8 to 1/2 inch lower than the rear measurement.Walk to the front of the mower, and loosen the jam nut on the front link adjustment with an adjustable wrench, moving the nut counterclockwise until it no longer contacts the adjusting nut behind it. The adjustment area has two nuts on it; the outer one is the jam nut, and the inner nut is the adjustment nut. Place the adjustable wrench on the inner nut, which is the adjustment nut, and turn it clockwise to raise the front of the mower deck or counterclockwise to lower the front of the mower deck.Hold an adjustable wrench on the adjustment nut to keep it in position after the front-to-rear adjustments are made and the front is 1/8 to 1/2 inch lower than the rear. Place a second adjustable wrench on the jam nut, and tighten it clockwise until it contacts the adjustment nut behind it tightly.Replace the spark plug boot firmly onto the spark plug.We hope this helps!
